- Payment Information: Handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant partners (PhonePe/RazorPay). We do not store your full card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Technical Data: IP address, cookies, and device identifiers collected via the Meta Pixel for advertising.
3. Marketing, Sales, and Promotions
We use your data to grow our brand and keep you updated:
- Meta Ads (FB/Instagram): We use tracking pixels to show you personalized advertisements.
- WhatsApp Marketing: We may send promotions or order updates via WhatsApp if you have opted in. You can stop these at any time by replying “STOP.”
- Abandoned Cart Emails: If you leave items in your cart, we may send up to two (2) reminder emails to help you complete your purchase.
4. AI-Driven Insights and Social Media “Scraping”
To improve our products and service, we use Artificial Intelligence to analyze public interactions:
- Public Sentiment Analysis: We use AI tools to analyze public comments, reviews, and mentions on our official social media pages (e.g., Instagram/Facebook comments).
- Purpose: We process this data to identify product trends, fix service issues, and respond to feedback.
- Privacy Guardrail: Our AI is configured to prioritize de-identified aggregate data. We do not use social media scraping to build secret profiles of individuals for “dark pattern” marketing.
5. Use of Third-Party AI Tools
We leverage advanced AI models to serve you better:
- Customer Support (Meta Suite): These tools power our chat responses. Please avoid sharing sensitive financial data (like PINs) in chat boxes.
- Design : Used for marketing visuals. No customer personal data is shared with our design tool.
6. Your Rights as a “Data Principal”
Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: Request a summary of the data we process about you.
- Right to Correction/Erasure: Request that we update or delete your data (subject to tax/legal retention periods).
- Right to Nominate: You may appoint a person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Right to Redressal: If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly process data of children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. We do not perform behavioral tracking or targeted advertising directed at minors

Your data is securely stored on servers in India. We implement “Reasonable Security Practices” to prevent data breaches. Logs of data processing are maintained for at least one year.
