Welcome to Funki Litles! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By hanging out on our site or hitting that “Buy” button, you’re agreeing to stay funki and follow these rules. If you don’t agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. General Terms & Eligibility 📝
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Funki Litles universe.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use this website. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration & Accuracy 🔐
To make your shopping experience seamless, you may need to create an account.
- Your Responsibility: You are the captain of your account! You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activities that happen under your username.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. If we suspect your info is incorrect or fraudulent, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability 👕
- Print-on-Demand (POD): Every item is custom-printed specifically for you after you order.
- Visual Accuracy: We try our best to display colors and designs perfectly, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will perfectly match the final fabric print.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.
- Errors: In the rare event of a pricing glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment Terms 💳
- Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. Our “Order Confirmation” email means we’ve received it; the contract is finalized when the item moves to production.
- Secure Payments: We use encrypted third-party processors. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payment info. If a payment is declined, we may hold your order until it’s sorted.
5. Shipping & Delivery 🚚
- Fulfillment: Since our products are made-to-order, please allow extra time for production compared to pre-made goods.
- Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Delivery Issues: While we strive for speed, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Package Damage: If a package is visibly tampered with upon delivery, you must mention this in the courier’s delivery remarks to help us file a claim for you.
6. The “Funki” Return & Exchange Policy 🔄
Because our products are custom-made, we follow a strict but fair policy aligned with our fulfillment partners:
- The Golden Rule: A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. If you do not have a video and we fail to verify the cause, Funki Littles is not liable for refunds or replacements.
- Defects Only: We only accept returns for misprints or damages. No returns or exchanges for sizing errors or “change of mind.” Please check our Size Chart carefully!
- Window: Contact us at contact@funkilitles.com within 7 days of delivery with your video and photos.
- Careful Unboxing: If a product is damaged by your scissors or sharp objects during opening, replacements aren’t possible unless your unboxing video proves the damage was already there.
7. Reshipping & Storage (RTO) 🏠
If a package is returned to us (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address or missed delivery:
- Storage: We will hold your item for 100 days.
- Handling Fee: A processing fee of ₹20 + 18% GST per product applies.
- Reshipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the item sent back out to you.
8. Intellectual Property 🎨
- Ownership: All designs, logos, text, and funky graphics are the property of Funki Littles or our licensors and are protected by Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.
- No Copycats: You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our designs for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
9. User Conduct & Restrictions 🚫
We’re all about good vibes. You agree not to:
- Engage in any unlawful activity or violate the rights of others.
- Use the website in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including a Funki Litles employee.
10. The Cookie Clause 🍪
To give you the best experience, our website uses cookies.
- Function: Cookies help us remember your preferences and keep your shopping cart intact.
- Your Choice: By using our site, you consent to cookies. You can disable them in your browser, but some site features may not work correctly.
11. Limitation of Liability ⚖️
- “As Is”: Our website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Maximum Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funki Litles’ liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product you bought. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your privacy is sacred. Our Privacy Policy (compliant with the DPDP Act, 2023) explains how we collect and protect your data. By using our services, you agree to our data practices.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 🇮🇳
- The Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ludhiana,Punjab India.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.
